Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Vøk Lights. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so If you are not satisfied with your order we are here to help.

 

Refunds 

We have a 15-day no questions asked refund policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To start a refund, contact us here or send us a message at voklights@gmail.com. If your refund is accepted we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Following the 15-day period you can still apply for a refund but we may require you to provide us with some additional information such as the reason you are requesting the refund and your country of residence. Please note that refunds past the 15-day period are up to our discretion and are not guaranteed.
